DOCS

Find what you need, fast

Concise guides for everything that ships in Gealo. We update them when the product changes — not when marketing remembers.

Get started

  • What is a workspace? A tenant owns all of your projects, members, channels, meetings, HR data and GitHub installations. Members live inside one or more tenants and collaborate within projects.
  • Claim your subdomain. Pick a tenant slug on signup . Your team gets its own vanity URL, ready for SSO if you turn that policy on.
  • Invite teammates. Tenant-default permission templates apply automatically. Tighten per collaborator from the project's collaborator settings.

Projects & tasks

  • Sprints, releases, folders, custom fields and per-workspace task codes.
  • Subtasks and dependencies; seven custom-field types.
  • GitHub-linked repos can update task state from PRs and commits — no glue scripts to maintain.

Chat & meetings

  • Public, private and DM channels per workspace. Pin, mute, kick, ban, restore.
  • RRULE-based recurring meetings. RSVP, ICS export, reusable templates with agendas, per-meeting notes and attendee tracking.

Workforce HR

  • Attendance, leave policies, shift rotations, holiday calendars, late-penalty rules, comp-off and analytics.
  • Multi-step approvals with delegations and a unified inbox.

Permissions, billing & security

  • Permission templates with deny-by-default semantics. Tenant kill-switch can suspend logins, writes and jobs instantly.
  • Stripe and Razorpay billing; add-ons; seat-aware overview; full payment audit.
  • DLP on uploads, presigned object keys scoped to tenant + project, audit logs with CSV export. See the trust center .

Microtools

105+ free, browser-based developer tools — PDF, image, video, regex, JWT, cron and more. Open the tools hub .

Public Developer API

Authenticated REST API with scoped keys and outbound webhooks is on the roadmap for Q3 2026 . We'll publish OpenAPI specs and SDK guidance here when it ships.
